Because we care about both your experience and the quality of our products, we’ve created clear and fair shipping and return policies.
These guidelines protect our customers, ensure hygiene and safety, and help us continue providing the best service possible.
Returns & Exchanges
In-Store Purchases
- Items purchased in the store may be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- A receipt is required for all returns.
- Used or damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
Online Purchases
- Items ordered online and shipped to the customer may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
- Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected. Exchanges or store credit may also be requested.
- Used, worn, or damaged items cannot be returned.
- Sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
Socks & Footwear
- For hygiene reasons, socks must remain in their original unopened packaging to be eligible for return.
- Shoes may only be returned if unworn (try-on at home only) and free from signs of wear or damage.
Shipping
Processing & Delivery Times
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days. Shipping times depend on your location and selected shipping method. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days for standard shipping.
Shipping Costs & Methods
- Flat-rate standard shipping is available for most orders.
- Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.
- Free in-store pickup is available at OMG Soccer, 2171 South Big Bend Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63117.
Packaging & Tracking
- Your order will be packaged securely to protect it in transit.
- You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Delays & Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or weather-related disruptions.
